SERVICE

When it comes to driving innovation and organizational change, Chester & Fourth believes in three fundamental truths:

(1) Innovation and change management is a journey, not a race.

(2) The success of this journey is determined at the start, not the middle or the end.

(3) The current ideation-as-a-service market is oversaturated, and lacks analytical rigour and personalization.

To create ideas that are fit for implementation and impact, we fuse human creativity with technology. We call it – “The Retreat.”

PROCESS

We offer our clients a better way to generate and evaluate ideas – one that is driven by human intelligence.

  • We conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gain a thorough understanding of our clients and their operational contexts.

  • We handpick professionals from different disciplines and industries to participate in a one-day brainstorming session, held virtually or in-person.

  • We independently evaluate the results from the retreat and share key findings and recommendations using highly actionable summary reports.

ROLES

Project teams consist of one (1) retreat manager and several (3-6) idea consultants.

The retreat manager, a senior Chester & Fourth staff member, is responsible for the assembly and briefing of the project team, the facilitation of retreat activities, and the writing and presentation of the confidential client report.

Idea consultants are selected on a project-by-project basis and are drawn from Chester & Fourth’s network that stretches the globe. They bring their specialized skills and viewpoints to our generative workshops, infusing the crucial outside-in perspective into the way we innovate and tackle complex problems.
