Raison d’Être

Chester & Fourth is the brainchild of a group of McMaster University alumni who wanted to do consulting differently.

Our founding vision was to bridge the gap between academia and practice by drawing on the strengths of both, build positive and lasting relationships with a select number of clients, and deliver high-quality solutions faster and more affordably than competitors.

In short, we set out to create a workplace that unlocks human innovation instead of stifling it with outdated, profit-obsessed rules.

What began as a one-person venture in 2021 has grown into an incorporated advisory firm, supporting important clients across multiple countries while forging a global network of trusted, like-minded experts.

Whether by accident or design, we have found a particularly receptive audience for our services within the social sector.

On this next chapter of our journey, we aim to inspire more mission-driven organizations to abandon short-term thinking and off-the-shelf fixes and invest in initiatives that provide lasting guidance, resilience, and inspiration.
