INTERNATIONAL NETWORK

Chester & Fourth trusts in people, not algorithms, as catalysts for positive change and improvement. We are inspired by the unique blend of knowledge, experience and intuition that resides in each and every person.

Our network of trusted advisors and consultants is international in scope, represents multiple industries, features different seniority levels, comprises entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs, and is united in the belief that human capital should have more than one outlet.

While we regularly tap into this community to staff our own projects, our proprietary talent database can also be used to fill your recruitment needs. Contact us if you want to be connected to a C&F professional skilled in one of the following areas:

FOUNDER

TIM MUELLER, MANAGING DIRECTOR

BIO
Tim is an innovation aficionado who calls both Canada and Germany his home. Originally trained as a historian and political scientist at McMaster University (PhD, ‘16), he is recognized for his expertise in the design, execution and management of major anniversary campaigns and intricate research projects.

As a true generalist, Tim resists pigeonholing himself and others. Over the course of his career he has worked with several of the world’s largest private foundations, some of North America’s oldest financial institutions, a provincial government agency, and a number of high-impact nonprofits and community groups. He has also provided guidance to executives of boutique consulting firms and supported internationally renowned scholars with the publication of landmark studies.

A musician, lifelong learner, avid reader, seasoned traveler and European football fan, Tim established Chester & Fourth to foster meaningful communication and collaboration between people from different personal and professional backgrounds. At the core of this venture lies Tim’s steadfast belief that creativity is a must-have leadership skill for the 21st century, one that can be harnessed and taught.
